This explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written plainly on purpose.

What we collect

Your birth details sign, date, place of birth	To prepare your reading. This is the product itself. Without it there is nothing to draw.
Your quiz answers preference, relationship status, what draws you in	To write your reading and to make the emails we send relevant to you.
Your first name and email	To deliver your order and to write to you about it.
Technical data IP address, browser, pages visited	To keep the site working and to measure which ads bring people who are actually interested.
Advertising identifiers cookies from Meta, UTM parameters	To know which advertisement brought you here, so we stop paying for ones that do not work.

We never see your card details. Payment happens entirely with our payment provider. We receive only the confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with your name, email and order number.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We never have and we will not. It is shared only with the services that make the product work:

• Our payment provider, to process the purchase and handle refunds.
• Our email provider, to deliver your order and our messages.
• Meta, in the form of an encrypted (hashed) version of your email, so their advertising system can recognise which ads bring real customers. Your email is never sent to them in readable form.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the site and the order records.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Your quiz answers and contact details are kept while you are on our list, and deleted when you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for two things: to remember your place in the quiz so you do not lose your answers, and to know which advertisement brought you here. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The quiz will still work, but it will not remember where you stopped.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it. One click removes you from everything, immediately.
• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it. We do it, and we confirm when it is done.

Any of those: write to us or email support@luzespiritual.com. A real person reads it.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection. Order data is stored on a private server with restricted access. No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise, but we do not keep anything we do not need.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top.
