Read this part first. Everything sold here is for entertainment purposes only. The sketches, readings and stories are artistic and interpretive work. They are not predictions of fact, not professional advice, and no outcome of any kind is promised or implied.
A digital product, delivered by email. Each order includes an artistic portrait, a written Soulmate Story, a description of the person depicted, and a reading of the connection, prepared from the birth information you provide.
Nothing physical is shipped. No item is posted to you.
Your order is delivered by email within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed. In periods of unusual demand it may take up to 48 hours, and we will tell you if that happens.
Delivery goes to the email address you gave us. If it does not arrive, check your promotions and spam folders first, then write to us and we will resend it.
You may request a full refund within 60 days of purchase, for any reason, with no explanation required. Use the refund page. You do not need to email anyone.
Once approved, the amount is returned to the payment method you used. Your bank or card issuer may take up to 30 days to show it on your statement, and that timing is theirs, not ours.
You keep the sketch and the reading either way.
We are not certified psychologists, therapists, healthcare professionals or lawyers. Nothing sold here replaces professional counselling, therapy, medical advice, legal advice or financial advice. If you are going through something serious, please speak to a qualified professional.

The portraits are artistic works produced with the assistance of language models and image generation, from the information you provide. They are interpretations, not photographs, and may not be unique to a single customer.
The sketch and reading you receive are yours to keep, print and share personally. You may not resell them, redistribute them commercially, or present them as your own work.
Everything else on this site, including text, images, brand names and layout, belongs to us and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any decision you make based on a reading, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
Because everything here is offered for entertainment, no result, meeting, relationship or outcome is guaranteed, promised, or to be inferred from anything on this site or in any material we send you.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
